Who these terms bind
These terms are between you and Senin Modo, company number HE 475493 (MCIT HE 475493), Pavlou Valdaseridi 2A, Floor 1, 6018, Larnaca, Cyprus. 100ts is a brand of Seninmodo. By using this site or asking for a package, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
What we sell
We sell affiliate marketing skills and packages. That means we help a brand shape an offer, run it, and see what moved. A message through the form is a conversation, not an order. Work starts only when both sides confirm the scope and the fee in writing.
Your part
You confirm that you have the right to the brand, the offers, and any customer information you share with us. You will not ask us to contact people who have not subscribed, or to use a list that was bought or scraped.
Fees
Fees, timing, and what is included are agreed before work starts. Unless we say otherwise in writing, fees are exclusive of VAT or similar tax. Late payment can pause the work.
No promised result
Marketing depends on the offer, the audience, and factors neither of us fully controls. We work carefully and we measure. We do not promise a number of clicks, sales, or a place in the inbox.
Intellectual property
You keep your brand, your offers, and your customer data. We keep our methods, tools, and materials that we already owned. Work we create for you is yours once the related fees are paid, except for anything we built to serve more than one client.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public information private and uses it only for the work. This does not cover information that is already public, or that must be disclosed by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Cyprus law, including liability for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability arising out of a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss.
Ending the work
Either side may stop a package by written notice if the other side materially breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of notice. You pay for work done up to that date.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live if a consumer-protection law there says you can.
